Employment Room

 The Employment Theme Group within the North Prospect Partnership is presently made up of both residents and representatives from Agencies working in North Prospect. The long term aim is for the Theme Group to consist of and to be run solely by residents. One of the aims of the group is to help create employment for local residents. This could include setting up small businesses, for example Food Co-operatives which with assistance would be set up and run by local people. This would both create employment and generate income for the area.

But to achieve these aims and objectives we need a much larger and stronger resident participation to move the group forward and inject some new ideas. The Employment Theme Group like the Partnership is in its infancy and like all new babies it relies on its parents to help it grow big and strong. The Partnership belongs to all of you and we need your input to make sure it is a force to be reckoned with in the future.
